About your presenter. Dan Covington is a Baltimore native, real estate tax expert, and consultant. He started investing in real estate in 2003 and became a licensed agent in 2006. Dan started Maryland Tax Appeals, LLC in 2009 as the real estate market began its decline, and has since become the largest residential representative of real property assessment appeals in Baltimore City.
