William R. Noll, attorney and CPA

The doubly talented Bill currently works at Noll & Company, CPA’s, and operates a separate law practice focused on tax compliance and tax-related litigation.

Bill’s breadth of experience gives him the ability to understand many different facets of business disputes and tax controversies. He has appeared before the IRS at both the examination and appeal levels. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court.

The late, great Al Aiello had a long affiliation with Bill’s firm. Bill co-authored several publications with Al and continues Al’s legacy of teaching tax strategies for the benefit of investors seeking a better understanding of the Internal Revenue Code.
