Tonight's SWIM brings you an extraordinary investing couple.  Meet Khiesha and James Veal, the wife-and-husband business team of KAJ C.O.R.P, LLC. They concentrate on purchasing distressed properties, providing quality renovations, and renting the properties at an affordable rate.

President Khiesha Veal has learned how to use the money game and credit systems nationally to realize her dream, starting by acquiring four properties in less than a year.  She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is currently a credit manager for a major global company, with the responsibility of issuing and managing credit lines for commercial consumers. Previously she was a credit analyst with the responsibility of reviewing consumer loans for over 70 nationwide lenders.

Project Manager James Veal oversees the planning, design, and construction of all KAJ projects from beginning to end.  James grew a passion for property improvement while working for Tookie Construction Company, where he learned the skills of construction, including demolition, refacing, carpentry, and total interior/exterior renovations.  The success of KAJ allowed James to leave his previous job.

With the help of their mentors, Janet "The Cashflow Diva" Tonkins and her brother Daryll Tyson, Khiesha and James have purchased over 15 properties to date.  They're living their wildest dreams -- SWIM with them tonight and discover how you could do the same!
