Landlording Strategies Meeting (online)

Moderated by Mary Jo Whelan, Property Manager with The McGinley Group and past President of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers); and Michelle Yang, Senior Property Manager with PropertyWize.

This is a must-attend meeting for any landlords with Section 8 voucher tenants, plus any investor thinking about offering rentals through the program.  Officials from Baltimore City will be online with you.  They'll review the Housing Choice Voucher Program and specifically address:

-- Incentives

-- Rent standards

-- Rent increases

-- Initial and annual inspections, including new requirements

-- The rules on smoke detectors
