About your presenter. Rachel Donaldson is the Historic Tax Credit Administrator and a Preservation Planner for the Department of Planning. With a background in Labor History, she was formerly an Associate Professor of History at the College of Charleston and the Curator of Collections and Exhibitions at the Baltimore Museum of Industry. She has published in numerous scholarly venues on topics in history and historic preservation. She holds a Masters in Historic Preservation from the University of Maryland and a Masters and Doctorate in History from Vanderbilt University.

Rachel will be joined by Tom Pirritano, Baltimore City Appraiser, to discuss the financial side of things and answer any questions.
