Last month Salinda Adams hosted an in-person Savvy Women Investors Meeting at one of her rehabs in 21218. It's a big townhouse that she's renovating from top to bottom, with advice from SWIM moderator and design consultant Katheryn McGill.

We visited the project with its framing underway. The framing's done, but there are still decisions being made. For example: the lighting design, which impacts the electrical wiring in walls and ceilings. It has to be done right -- and inspected and approved -- before the drywall starts.
