Last year Salinda Adams did an outstanding online SWIM presentation on how she succeeds with multiple rehab projects. Folks have been asking us for rehab property visits, and now Salinda will show you two of hers!

They're in zip code 21218. One is in the framing stage, and one is finished, to give you an overview of the entire process.

The property visits will be on Tuesday, July 7, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the framed house. Then we'll move to the nearby finished house.
