Sooner or later, almost every landlord uses long-term rental financing to help build their portfolio. On our next Landlording Strategies Meeting online, lender Fred Militello shows you how that works, even as you keep enjoying cash flow.
Perhaps you'll use the BRRRR method: Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat. You may use cash to Buy and Rehab, or use hard money with a hefty interest rate. Once you Rent, you can Refinance, and that's where Fred comes in. For example, he offers loans (such as DSCR: Debt Service Coverage Ratio) at reasonable, long-term, fixed rates. So you can Repeat the process while still enjoying cash flow.
